FAST, FAST, FAST!
For the fastest editing and rendering speed, an Apple ProMac 2.8Ghz Eight Processor state-of-the-art machine is employed.  This system is capable of editing any format from off-line up through and including 10-Bit uncompressed High Definition.  Aided by the newly introduced AJA Kona KHi board, High Definition editing is a snap.  The Kona LHi has the ability to display both SD and HD video up to 1080p resolution.  It will also cross convert, down-convert and also up convert any video making it easy to incorporate SD legacy footage seamlessly into any HD project.  To handle the high demands of HD video, a high speed RAID storage solution is used for capture and playback. A 2TB, 5-disk RAID can handle 10-Bit uncompressed HD files with ease.  Add to that 6TB of internal/external eSATA storage and you’re covered.


SAFE SECURE STORAGE
To aid in archiving your project, a dual disk External eSATA enclosure is utilized. Using inexpensive off the shelf drives, all of your project’s assets can be saved to a removable disk and stored off site for safety.
